Job details -

* Having Team handling experience is preferred, where they handled the on roll field sales team members.

* Having minimum 3 Years experience in Team leader role.

* Having exposure in managing the Shrinkage & Attrition.

* Immediate Joiners is plus.

* Prior Insurance experience is plus.

* Regional language must be known.

Vertical: Term Insurance.

CTC: Up to 7-8 LPA Plus Unlimited Incentives.

Working days: 6 ( Saturday & Sunday is mandatory Working).
