We are seeking a proactive and organized Delivery Coordinator to manage and monitor daily delivery operations. The role focuses on coordinating delivery routes, supervising delivery staff, ensuring timely deliveries, and addressing customer and operational issues to maintain smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign delivery routes and track daily deliveries to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and coordinate delivery personnel for efficient operations.
• Manage app updates including pause requests, vacations, and customer complaints.
• Prepare and maintain daily delivery reports.
• Handle and resolve customer delivery-related issues professionally.
• Track delivery mismatches and manage crate movement and records.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries for the next day.
