We are looking for a dynamic and creative Female Social Media Manager to become the digital face and voice of our brand. As a fresh yet impactful presence, you'll manage our social media platforms, craft engaging content, and represent our brand with creativity, confidence, and consistency.

Internship Benefits

Responsibilities

📢 Be the Voice of the Brand

• Represent our brand tone, values, and personality across all social media content.
• Respond to messages and comments with clarity and consistency.

🎨 Design & Visual Content Creation

• Create social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Design content for daily posts, stories, reels, promotions, and campaigns.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

🎬 Video Editing & AI Content

• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips.
• Use AI-based tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, Runway ML) to generate creative video content.

✍️ Content Writing & Strategy

• Write captions, content descriptions, hashtags, and scripts for reels/videos.
• Assist in building monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.

📱 Social Media Handling

• Post regularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Interact with followers, answer questions, and build strong community engagement.

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Track post reach, likes, shares, and other metrics.
• Present insights to improve performance and audience reach.

Requirements

• A female candidate with passion for creativity, communication, and digital content.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva is a must, Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Interest or exposure to video editing and AI video generation tools (we can train you).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
• A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.
• Active on social media personally is a bonus.
