Job Description

  • Possess strong technical skills in architectural design, drafting, and construction techniques. 
  • Be proficient in using LUMIN software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Architecture and BIM software. 
  • Understand building materials, structural systems, and construction processes. 
  • Prepare project proposals and cost estimates. 
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and contractors. 
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients and other professionals. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and construction.
