Area Credit Manager - Retail MFB - RIL - Credit - Thiruvadanai - VIJ Complex - JM

Key Objective of the Job:

To drive Rural Individual Loan business underwriting and creating quality portfolio.

Major Deliverables:
•    1. Managing a team of Branch credit managers, Credit Executives. 
•    2. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
•    3. Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
•    4. Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
•    5. Control on portfolio performance.
•    6. Underwrite Individual loan and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
•    7. Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT. 
•    8. Support and train the team of Credit Manager/officers
•    9. Responsible for manpower
•    10. Knowledge understanding of local market. 
•    11. Work closely with regional Credit Manager
•    12. Coordinate with internal teams like ICQ, Operational and sales.

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
