About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-driven Business Development Executives to expand our presence in private schools. The role involves meeting school management, presenting our education solutions, and closing sales.

Products Portfolio

• School ERP Software (Attendance, Fees, Homework, Exams, Transport Tracking, etc.)
• Computer Textbooks
• CBT (Computer-Based Tests)
• IFPD (Interactive Flat Panel Display)

Target Customers

• Private Schools – Matriculation, CBSE, ICSE & State Board

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: Provided
• Insurance Coverage: Provided
• Performance Bonus: Result-based incentives and bonuses

Key Responsibilities

·    Visit and engage with private schools in assigned territories

·    Present and demonstrate ERP, textbooks, CBT, and IFPD solutions

·    Understand school needs and recommend suitable products

·    Conduct product demos and meetings with decision-makers

·    Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures

·    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with schools

·    Maintain accurate sales data, visit reports, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Field sales experience (education sector preferred)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
