Team Leader – Collection & Recovery (Telecalling Team) Agency Role

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Collection & Recovery to manage and drive a telecalling team.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, handling escalations, and ensuring strong follow-ups for recovery cases.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily/monthly recovery targets
• Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion rates
• Handle difficult/critical customer cases and escalations
• Track and analyze performance data (Receipts, Collection Value, Conversion, Call Count)
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS and performance reports
• Conduct team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth case handling
• Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent convincing ability
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / MIS reporting
• Target-driven and pressure-handling capability
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience & Qualification:Minimum 1–3 years experience in Collection/Recovery (Team handling preferred)
• Graduation preferred
• Experience in NBFC/Bank/Telecalling environment is an added advantage
