Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to deliver exceptional client service, drive business growth, and expand our customer base. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key clients, collaborate with cross-sell and product teams, and guide clients toward informed financial decisions through our company's product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing exemplary service to secure reference business.
• Serve as the primary interface between the company and clients, offering comprehensive product solutions, portfolio management, wealth management, and superior customer servicing.
• Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of wallet.
• Deepen client relationships through effective cross-selling of products.
• Generate leads, explain company products, and convert prospects into business.
• Maintain excellent relationships with local dealers to source new clients.
• Implement initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with branch departments and functions to deliver tailored products and services.
• Handle both end-to-end sales and customer relations.
