Digital Health Agent

We offer instant, simple and digital health checks conducted at customer doorstep in a 10-15 minute duration - a simple report is instantly generated, alerting customers to the common risks of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, anemia, respiratory conditions, vision/hearing problems etc. This helps them become alerted to risks of life threatening but silent chronic conditions and take adequate action in a timely manner. 

Role Description:

As a Digital Health Agent at Vitor Health, you will play a key role in the on-ground execution of the customer services of Vitor. In doing so, your role would involve:

1. Monthly planning of health-check projects across various geographical clusters
2. Logistical setup of all activities leading to the health check projects
3. Executing the on-ground services at various customer sites - typically door to door health checkup servicing, in your home state locations.
4. Support customer interactions on-site and off-site in ensuring the success of the project
5. Data and content reporting of inputs from projects
6. Accurate following of quality and operational protocols and processes as defined during the various training programs organized time to time

Remuneration:

Competitive fixed salary along with incentives. Allowances to cover for costs like petrol, accommodation, food during the execution of project

Requirement for Job:

2-wheeler with license to drive
