Job Description – Facilitator (Field-Based)

About the Role

Quest Certification Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Facilitators to engage with MSME units, onboard them onto the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) portal, conduct field visits, and assist units throughout the certification process.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and onboard a minimum of 4 MSME units per day using the ZED mobile application.

Educate MSME owners on the process, benefits, and importance of ZED certification.

Assist MSMEs in data entry, document upload, and submission through the ZED app.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submitted for verification.

Conduct field visits to MSME units as per assigned locations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth certification progress.

Maintain daily visit reports and onboarding status updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Graduation.

Prior experience in field work, sales, marketing, MSME projects, government schemes, or certification processes is an added advantage.

Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil (basic English preferred).

Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital data entry.

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Ability to explain government schemes clearly to business owners.
