Job Description
- Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments as per schedule.
- Follow up with customers for overdue amounts and provide payment reminders.
- Explain billing details, charges, and settlement options clearly to customers.
- Maintain daily records of visits, payments collected, and customer interactions.
- Deposit collected payments to the company as per the process and timelines.
- Address customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure collection targets are met within assigned timelines.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and code of conduct.
- Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring firm follow-up.
