Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Acquisition Executive to join our Gold Loan department. As part of the customer acquisition team, your primary responsibility will be to bring in new customers for gold loans. You will be provided with leads from the office and will be expected to meet targets through fieldwork, engaging potential customers, and effectively communicating the benefits of our gold loan offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leads provided by the office to generate new customers for gold loans.
• Conduct field visits, meeting potential customers, and explaining the gold loan process and benefits.
• Promote company offerings and ensure the customer experience is seamless from lead generation to loan initiation.
• Collect necessary documentation and assist customers with the loan application process.
• Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback and insights to the team for process improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential customers, including feedback and follow-ups.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations in all transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (+2).
• Must be a male candidate.
• Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.
• A proactive approach and a results-driven attitude.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Basic understanding of gold loans and the financial sector is a plus.

Salary

Metro Cities: ₹18,000 (Gross) per month.

Non-Metro Cities: ₹17,000 (Gross) per month.

Working Hours

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Additional Information

This role requires fieldwork; the office provides leads, but you will be expected to conduct on-the-ground activities.

The position is in-office, with daily punch-in and punch-out.
