Field Sales Executive

Company: Freecharge - Subsidiary of Axis Bank

Freecharges by Axis Bank, a leading Fintech organization providing micro and group loans, is looking for candidates for the role of Loan Officer – Field Work (male candidates preferred due to extensive field work). The candidate will handle group loans, helping Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneur groups with loan applications, verification, and repayment follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential merchants and small business owners eligible for Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) funding.
• Promote MCA products and services within assigned territories or business segments.
• Assess merchant cash flow, sales volume, and repayment capacity to determine funding eligibility.
• Clearly explain MCA terms, advance amounts, factor rates, and repayment structures to clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely collections through daily or weekly remittances.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, business partners, and referral networks.
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Own bike/scooter & smartphone preferred
• Freshers are welcome!

Salary: ₹2,28,000 per annum (CTC)
