Job Description
Role: Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation.
- Sell digital payment solutions such as QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and onboard new retailers for digital payment acceptance.
- Deploy products at merchant locations and explain benefits and best practices.
- Visit existing merchants and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights for product improvement.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce sales.
- Freshers with strong sales interest are also welcome.
- Must have Android mobile, bike, and valid driving license.
- Good communication and field sales skills required.
