Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of the service workshop
Supervise and guide technicians and service staff
Plan and schedule vehicle service, repair, and maintenance work
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per customer commitment
Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical solutions
Maintain service quality and safety standards
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with inventory team
Prepare service reports, job cards, and performance reports
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
Train and develop technicians for skill improvement
