Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Home Loan Sales

Job Summary:

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Officer to join our Home Loan Sales team in Gulbarga. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s home loan business by acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

Actively promote and sell Aditya Birla Capital’s home loan offerings to prospective customers.

Conduct customer meetings to understand housing finance needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan processing and ensure timely submission.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.

Keep track of competitors’ offerings and market trends to identify sales opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and issue resolution.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any stream (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, or BFSI sector.

Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written).

Only male candidates are eligible for this position.

Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and hold a valid driving license.

Age: Up to 35 years.

Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

Knowledge of home loan processes, documentation, and financial products is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
