Job Description
- Generate home loan business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
- Identify potential customers and explain HDFC home loan products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers)
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing
- Ensure timely login, approval, and disbursement of loan files
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, and referral partners
- Provide end-to-end customer support from enquiry to loan closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer data and reports
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
