Position: HR Recruiter – White-Collar Volume Recruitment

Location: [Hyderabad / Multiple Locations]

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on experience & performance)

Experience: 1–4 years in white-collar volume hiring

About the RoleWe are looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter to handle high-volume white-collar recruitment across multiple functions and locations. The role demands strong sourcing capability, fast closures, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage volume hiring for white-collar roles across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and internal networks
• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and job melas (white-collar focused)
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and hiring trackers
• Work towards defined hiring targets and timelines
• Eligibility & SkillsEducation: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline)
• Experience: 1–4 years in white-collar bulk / volume recruitment
• Strong hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting
• Preferred ProfileExperience in corporate, healthcare, sales, operations, administration, or allied white-collar hiring
• Exposure to walk-in drives and large-scale hiring campaigns
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
