Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and operations activities in the manufacturing unit.

• Maintain and update production data using MS Excel.

• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.

• Monitor process performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

• Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Assist in planning production schedules and tracking order fulfillment.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.

Required Skills:

• Basic Excel proficiency (data entry, formulas, basic reporting).

• Logical thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems.

• Strong clear communication (Tamil) and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
