🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Hiring Medical Representatives & Pharma Sales Professionals across India

• Daily candidate calling (40–60 calls expected)

• CV screening & quality submission

• Interview coordination & follow-ups

• Reference generation

• Maintaining recruitment tracker & process discipline

✔ High energy & enthusiasm while interacting with candidates

✔ Strong convincing & communication skills (English mandatory)

✔ Fast typing & MS Office knowledge

✔ Ability to work with speed and urgency

✔ Target-driven mindset

✔ Willingness to work strictly from office

🚫 No IT recruitment profiles who don't have adaptability to Healthcare recruitment process.

💰 Salary & Growth

Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 (Growth within 6 months based on performance)

Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on recruitment experience)
