Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

​Role Objective​As the Sales Manager at Right City, you will be the driving force behind our sales team’s success. Your goal is to lead, mentor, and strategize to exceed sales targets for our residential and investment plot projects. You will ensure that every client interaction reflects our core values of trust, transparency, and excellence.

  • ​Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales executives and agents. Conduct weekly performance reviews and "pipeline huddles."
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute local area marketing and sales plans to promote DTCP and RERA-approved layouts (e.g., Sri Ambal Nagar).
  • Lead Management: Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring the team converts inquiries into site visits and final registrations.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Step in to assist agents with high-value negotiations and complex deal closures to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, market trends in the Trichy region, and regulatory changes to keep Right City ahead of the curve.
  • Client Relations: Maintain long-term relationships with investors and provide expert guidance on property valuation and legal transparency.
  • ​Requirements & Qualifications​Experience: 0-5 years
  • Education: 10th,12th,Diploma,Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Licensing: Familiarity with RERA guidelines and DTCP approval processes is mandatory.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, team motivation, and CRM software proficiency.
  • Network: A strong local network of brokers and potential investors is a significant advantage.
