Position Overview:

The Transportation and Logistics Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing logistical operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

2. Customer Service:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods.

- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.

- Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and handle any issues that arise during transit.

- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and logistics operations.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, logistics metrics, and market conditions.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and logistics strategies.

5. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, logistics coordination, or a related role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Working Conditions:

- Office-based position with occasional travel to meet clients and oversee logistics operations.

- Standard business hours, with potential for extended hours based on client and operational needs.
