Senior Service Technician

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and servicing such as oil change, filter replacement, brake inspection, wheel alignment, and tire rotation.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and repair them efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults, wear, and potential problems.
• Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking system repairs.
• Handle AC system servicing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Use diagnostic scanners and tools to detect faults and clear error codes.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards during all service operations.
• Maintain job cards, service records, and repair documentation.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding job status and required parts.
• Follow OEM service guidelines and workshop procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and well-maintained.
• Support road testing and final inspection before vehicle delivery.
