Tax Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Executive to handle end-to-end Private Limited Company registration processes and related statutory compliances. The candidate should be familiar with MCA procedures, company law basics, and post-incorporation compliance requirements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Executive to handle export-import port registrations and documentation.

Company Registration Process

• Handle complete incorporation process of Private Limited Companies.
• Name approval filing (RUN/SPICe+ Part A).
• Preparation support and filing of SPICe+ forms with MCA.
• Supporting for Drafting MOA & AOA.
• Coordination for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN).
• Filing of INC-20A, ADT-1 and other required forms.
• Assist in annual ROC filing (AOC-4, MGT-7).
• Maintain client documentation and records.

Export/Import Port registration

• Manage ICEGATE registration on ICEGATE
• Assist clients in AD Code registration at respective ports.
