Core Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling baristas and staff.
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, and maintaining equipment.
• Customer Service: Delivering high-quality customer service, handling feedback, and resolving complaints.
• Inventory and Supplies: Ordering, managing inventory, and ensuring correct stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Financial Management: Monitoring sales, managing budgets, controlling costs, and handling cash.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Menu and Marketing: Developing new menu items, ensuring quality, and supporting promotional activities.
