Job Description:
We are hiring Tele calling Executives for our loan collections department. This is a target-based voice process where your main responsibility will be recovering due EMIs and payments from customers over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to customers with overdue loan EMIs.
- Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and payment deadlines clearly.
- Persuade customers to make timely payments via UPI, bank transfer, or other modes.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and update payment status in Excel/CRM.
- Negotiate settlements (if required) within allowed limits.
- Escalate dispute or non-contactable cases to the team leader.
- Ensure minimum talk time, follow-up count, and monthly collection targets are achieved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Female Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be confident in Tamil (mandatory); basic English is an added advantage.
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage or computer entry preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary (Full Time): ₹10,000 for Freshers, up to ₹15,000 for Experienced
- Performance-Based Incentives: ₹500–₹3000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹500/month for 100% presence
- Referral Bonus: ₹500 for each joining
