Telesales Executive

: Pest Control Services Location: Chennai (or as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time 🧾 Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining pest control services, and converting leads into service bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads. ● Explain pest control services and AMC packages to customers. ● Generate appointments for pest inspection or service booking. ● Maintain customer databases and update call records. ● Achieve daily / weekly sales targets. ● Coordinate with field technicians and sales team for service scheduling. 📞 Required Skills ● Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred). ● Confidence in speaking with customers over phone. ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / call logs). ● Ability to handle sales targets and customer objections. ● Good persuasion and negotiation skills. 🎓 Qualification ● Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree. ● Freshers can apply. ● Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support is an added advantage. 💼 Experience ● 0–2 years experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred. 💰 Salary & Benefits ● Fixed salary + attractive incentives ● Performance bonus ● Training provided ● Career growth opportunities ⏰ Working Hours ● 7 days a week ● Day shift (as per company schedule)
