- Sourcing of security personnel
- Orientation training for new recruits
- Visiting deployments & customer liasion
- Conducting risk assessment
- Auditing of security records across deployments
- Reporting of incidents / occurrences and liaisoning with customer
- Identifying potential security threats at deployments.
- Ensure compliance of security system across deployments
- Training of guards in Fire safety and first aid
- Investigation of security breaches.
