Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field sales executive to join our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products (mortgage loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), and converting leads into successful loan applications & disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales Executive

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, market surveys, and local networking in order to achieve the sales target.
• Visit assigned territories regularly to meet potential customers and promote products/services.
• Conduct on-ground promotional activities such as stalls, roadshows, and door-to-door marketing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Min 1 year in field sales executive, or financial product sales (loan/banking experience preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and target-oriented attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Good computer and data entry skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
