Job Role Specifics
Acquiring new Customers through direct channel and self-source
Handling MSME LAP
To do Cross selling
Doing various Marketing activities in SME clusters,(Canopy, Loan fairs
exhibitions, micro marketing etc)
Worked with managers to develop and manage strategic sourcing
plans to achieve targets
Maintaining the existing client relationship and identifying the new
customers and business
To maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, Technical,
Legal, Operations & Credit team

2.BRANCH MANAGER
Job Title: Branch Manager – Small ticket Business LAP
Department: Sales

Job Purpose:
To lead and drive the sales team to achieve disbursement and revenue targets in the Micro LAP
segment, ensuring high-quality sourcing, portfolio health, and strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales for the Micro LAP product (ticket size ₹5–50 lakhs).
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement, yield, and cross-sell targets.
Identify new business opportunities in branch catchment areas.
Develop and implement local strategies to increase market penetration.
2. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers.
Guide the team on lead generation, customer acquisition, and file quality.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure productivity targets are met.
Train and mentor team members for skill enhancement and career growth.
3. Credit & Portfolio Quality
Ensure sourcing of high-quality cases with proper due diligence.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality by minimizing delinquency and NPAs.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and rate movements.Provide feedback to management for product and policy improvements.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure timely submission to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of secured lending / LAP / Micro LAP segment.
Proven track record in sales and team management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve stretch targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in retail lending, preferably in Micro LAP / Secured SME loans.

3.CREDIT MANAGER
- Role Overview: To assess, analyse, and approve LAP- Affordable Segment proposals as per the
credit policy of the organization, ensuring minimal delinquency and compliance with regulatory
guidelines.
Job Title: Credit Manager – Affordable Segment
Department: Credit Risk / Retail Lending

Reports to: Regional Credit Head/ Area Credit Manager
Experience: Working experience of more than 1-2 year in underwriting of affordable segment in
particular location. Preferred candidate should have knowledge processing affordable files in AIP,
LIP & other surrogate program with ticket size of around 1 Cr. CTC upto 5 lacs
Key Responsibilities:
• Credit Assessment and Underwriting: Evaluate Affordable LAP applications by
analysing financial statements, bank statements, and credit bureau reports. A key
aspect is the ability to understand the actual business income and expenses of
customers in the affordable segment (which may not always be formally reported).
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify, analyse, and mitigate potential credit and fraud
risks. This includes conducting personal discussions (PD), performing field
investigations, and collaborating with legal and technical teams for property due
diligence.
• Policy Adherence and Compliance: Ensure all loan processing and disbursement align
with internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI/NHB norms).
• Documentation and Processing: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of KYC,
income, and property papers. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to maintain
turnaround times (TATs) for application processing and disbursal.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor loan accounts for early delinquencies and work with
collections teams to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) and bad debts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with the sales, operations, legal, and technical
valuation teams to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursal.Key Skills & Competencies:
• Underwriting and Sanctioning: Evaluate and approve/reject individual LAP applications
within assigned delegated authority limits.
• Documentation Management: Ensure complete and accurate collection of KYC,
income, and property documentation from applicants.
• Field Investigations: Coordinate and review reports from field investigation (FI), legal,
and technical teams to verify applicant and property details.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to the company's credit policies and
regulatory requirements during the entire loan process.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Maintain efficiency in processing applications to
ensure timely disbursal of loans.
• Portfolio Monitoring Support: Assist in monitoring the quality of the branch's loan book
and coordinate with collections teams on early delinquenci
