Relationship Manager - MF

A relationship manager builds and maintains relationships with clients or stakeholders for a company. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs: Understand clients' preferences, concerns, and challenges
Provide personalized service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing assistance
Collaborate with departments: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to improve the customer experience
Identify opportunities: Research new business opportunities and inform the sales team
Track metrics: Monitor key metrics like budget vs. actual spending
Provide reports: Provide data-driven updates on client status to managers
Make recommendations: Offer recommendations based on insights from analysis
Educate clients: Inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers
