Salary - Rs.15000 to Rs. 25000 /

Location: Tirunelveli ( Opposite to Hotel Aaryas)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails to ensure conversion.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with call details and feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for documentation and loan processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Min 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales (loan/banking experience preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and target-oriented attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Good computer and data entry skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
