Job Title: Field Executive – School Lead Collection

📍 Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month + 3000 petrol convience

Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Executive to support the student admission outreach

program for a reputed school in Tirupati. The role focuses on generating admission leads by

directly interacting with parents through field-level campaigns and local community

engagement.

The candidate will conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns, interact with parents in

residential areas, and collect potential student admission leads for the school.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct door-to-door outreach campaigns in residential areas.

● Interact with parents and provide information about the school and its academic

programs.

● Collect potential student admission leads and basic parent details.

● Distribute school information brochures and admission materials.

● Identify new locations and communities for potential parent engagement.

● Participate in field marketing activities such as community outreach, apartment

campaigns, and local events.

● Maintain a daily record of leads collected and areas covered.

● Coordinate with the admission counselor team for follow-up and conversion.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any

● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

● Good communication skills in Telugu (English basic communication preferred)

● Comfortable with field work and direct interaction with parents

● Energetic, confident, and proactive personality

Work Structure

● Candidate will be on the payroll of Brand Ace Solutions

● Work involves daily field visits across Tirupati residential areas

● Focus on lead generation for school admissions
