CredResolve is expanding its collections team and looking for energetic and result-driven Collection Executives who can manage customer conversations professionally while achieving recovery targets.

🔹 Open Positions

• Tamil Callers – 5

• Kannada Callers – 5

• Malayalam Callers – 2

• DRA Certified Collection Agents – 10

💰 Compensation

• ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand (6 months – 1 year experience)

• Up to ₹24,000 In-Hand (DRA Certified + 1+ year experience)

• Performance-based incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments

• Explain dues, penalties and settlement options clearly

• Maintain strong follow-up schedules to ensure recovery

• Update call details and payment status in CRM system

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining compliance

📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in collections / telecalling

• Regional language proficiency required: Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam

• DRA Certification preferred for higher salary bracket

• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
