About CredResolve CredResolve is a fast-scaling AI-powered FinTech Collections Platform revolutionizing debt recovery through smart technology and regional language operations. We are expanding our Tirupati hub and looking for a strong people leader to drive our collections team.

Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Female Team Leader to manage and mentor our regional language calling teams (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam).

This is a leadership role — not a calling role. You will own team targets, agent performance, and recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Collection Executives
• Monitor daily, weekly & monthly recovery targets
• Conduct live call barging and on-floor coaching
• Analyze Allocation vs. Collection reports and manage dialer strategy
• Ensure 100% RBI & Fair Practice Code compliance
• Handle high-value and escalated customer negotiations
• Drive team training, motivation, and reduce attrition

Who You Are

• 3+ years in Collections & Recovery (Banking / NBFC / Fintech)
• Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or People Management role
• Fluent in Telugu + at least one of: Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam
• Strong knowledge of PTP, Skip Tracing, and NPA buckets
• Proficient in CRM tools and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
