Job Title: Mill Operator Specialist – Pulveriser

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mill Operator Specialist (Pulveriser) to operate, monitor, and maintain pulveriser mills for efficient and safe production. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in mill operations, material grinding processes, and routine maintenance, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pulveriser mills as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor mill parameters such as feed rate, fineness, temperature, vibration, and output quality

• Ensure consistent particle size and achievement of production targets

• Adjust operating settings based on material type and production requirements

• Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid breakdowns

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance

• Coordinate with maintenance team during major repairs and shutdowns

• Maintain daily production logs, shift reports, and maintenance records

• Ensure compliance with safety norms, housekeeping standards, and company policies

• Minimize material wastage and optimize energy consumption

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification (Mechanical preferred)

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in pulveriser or grinding mill operations

• Experience in mining, mineral processing, cement, chemical, or manufacturing industries preferred

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of pulveriser mill operations and grinding processes

• Ability to detect abnormal sounds, vibrations, or operational issues

• Basic mechanical knowledge and maintenance understanding

• Awareness of safety practices and industrial procedures

• Ability to work independently and manage shift operations

• Good communication and coordination skills
