Job Description
- Operations Management: Supervise daily activities, including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services, ensuring quality and smooth functioning.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; provide leadership and monitor performance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, set room rates, control expenses, forecast revenue, and maintain financial records.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop strategies to promote the hotel, attract new customers, and maximize occupancy.
- Maintenance & Facilities: Plan maintenance, oversee renovations, manage supplies, and liaise with contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
