Role Overview

Elvar is looking for motivated Junior Web Designers who understand modern website builders and want to grow in a fast-paced design environment. This role focuses on practical website creation using visual builders while learning structured design systems and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build websites using Divi, Elementor, and Framer.
• Apply basic HTML and CSS for layout adjustments and styling.
• Follow company design systems and predefined layout standards.
• Customize templates, sections, and responsive layouts.
• Maintain clean structure, spacing, and consistent visual hierarchy.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Divi, Elementor, or Framer.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Basic sense of typography, spacing, and layout.
• Ability to follow structured workflows instead of random design decisions.

Candidate Profile Conditions

• Freshers are allowed, but must show a genuine interest in web design.
• Must submit a small design test before interview selection.
• Candidates should be comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail is mandatory - careless layout work will not be accepted.
• Must be willing to work within company systems rather than personal design styles.
• Basic English communication is required for instructions and documentation.

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with WordPress themes.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Portfolio or practice projects (even small ones).
