We’re looking for a WordPress Page Builder Developer who lives and breathes WordPress and understands how to craft pixel-perfect, high-performance layouts using advanced page builders.

Role Overview

As a WordPress Page Builder Developer at RiseThemes, you’ll work closely with designers and product leads to build production-ready layouts, templates, and components using popular WordPress page builders.

You’ll be responsible for transforming UI designs into responsive, accessible, and optimized WordPress experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build custom layouts, sections, and templates using Divi, Breakdance, and Oxygen
• Develop and maintain WordPress themes, child themes, and demo layouts
• Convert Figma / XD designs into pixel-perfect WordPress pages
• Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Customize page builder components using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Follow clean UI/UX and design system principles
• Collaborate with designers and QA to refine layouts and interactions
• Debug layout issues and builder-specific conflicts

Responsibilities:

• Build web pages using Divi Builder
• Follow the company design system strictly
• Maintain spacing, typography, and color rules
• Make layouts responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Fix UI issues as instructed
• Revise work based on feedback

Required Skills:

• Divi Builder
• Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
• Understanding of spacing & alignment
• Willingness to learn Divi
• Ability to follow instructions
• Patience and attention to detail

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Breakdance Builder
• Oxygen Builder
• Framer Builder
• Interest in UI/UX
• Any design or web exposure
• Portfolio (even college work)

Salary:

• Training period: ₹8k – ₹12k
• After confirmation: ₹12k – ₹18k
• Growth based on performance

Experience with child themes and template customization

Understanding of performance best practices (lazy loading, clean DOM, minimal CSS)

Familiarity with WordPress hooks, shortcodes, and basic PHP (preferred)
