Passenger Coordinator

Job Title: Bus Travel - Passenger Coordinator /Bus Captain

Work Location Boarding Points : Miyapur, Hyderabad

Also Hiring for boarding point Gachibowli location.

Position Type: Full-time, Night Shifts (starting after 7 PM and last bus starts at 11pm, returning in the next day morning).

Example: If login at 10pm return in the morning by 10am or 11am next day morning.

Must speak fluent Telugu and good English

Job Responsibilities:

Manage spot bookings and encourage passengers to purchase return journey tickets. Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews from passengers.

Travel long distances (12 - 14 hours daily) 6 hours up Journey and 6 hours return Journey with the bus to the destination and back next day morning.

Coordinate with the bus driver, cleaning staff, Passengers

Salary & Benefits: Freshers: 17,000/month.

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 5 years any experience we pay between 18000/- - 22000/month

Incentives: Attractive incentives between ₹2000 - ₹12,000/month for selling return journey tickets, feedback, reviews, spot booking ticket sales, etc

Requirements:

Age: 19-33 years old, Male candidates only.

Education: Minimum 10th, diploma or equivalent; intermediate and degree holders are welcome to apply.

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Customer service, Hospitality, Sales knowledge, Convincing skills, Travelling (12 - 14 hours up and down round trip)
