Job Description

Mindtronix is an innovation-driven organization focused on STEM education, robotics, electronics, and hands-on learning solutions for students. We aim to inspire creativity and technical skills through practical learning experiences.


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell Mindtronix School Subscription Boxes to schools, parents, and retail partners. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building relationships with schools, and increasing brand visibility in the education segment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Mindtronix School Subscription Boxes to schools, educational institutions, and retail outlets.
  • Visit schools to present product demos and explain subscription benefits.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, and retail partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain educational benefits to parents and students.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM records.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales.


Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or educational product sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with school principals and management.
  • Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic knowledge of STEM/educational products is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
