Store Executive

A Store Executive JD (Job Description) involves managing daily store operations, inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service to boost sales and satisfaction, acting as a key link between shop floor and management for efficient stock flow, reporting, and adherence to company standards. Core duties include stock ordering/receiving, managing records (Excel/SAP), coordinating with vendors, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee daily store functions, opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inward/outward movements, conduct audits, reconcile orders, handle damages/returns, and report discrepancies.
• Staff Supervision: Train, guide, motivate, and manage store personnel.
• Sales & Customer Service: Implement sales strategies, handle complaints, ensure high satisfaction, and support promotions.
• Reporting: Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports, often using MS Office or SAP.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely stock replenishment and payment processing.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and health regulations.
