Store Manager

• Key Responsibilities Manage daily godown operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of LPG cylinders
• Maintain accurate stock records (filled, empty, defective cylinders)
• Ensure FIFO and proper segregation of domestic, commercial, and defective cylinders
• Supervise godown staff, loaders, and delivery coordination
• Ensure PESO / Oil Company safety norms are strictly followed
• Conduct daily safety checks (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, cylinder stacking)
• Coordinate with delivery team for smooth dispatch and route planning
• Handle oil company inspections and audits
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation
• Report shortages, damages, or safety incidents immediately

Showroom:

• Handle customer walk-ins and phone inquiries
• Book new LPG connections, refills, and commercial orders
• Assist customers with KYC, Aadhaar linking, DBTL subsidy issues
• Prepare and maintain customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with godown and delivery team for order status
• Handle billing, receipts, and basic cash handling
• Address customer complaints and escalate when required
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and professional appearance
