Comliance Officer

Role Overview

HONC is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure that all operations meet legal, regulatory,

safety, and environmental standards related to industrial manufacturing and gas-based

systems.

The role requires a professional with strong knowledge of industrial compliance, statutory

requirements, safety norms, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure compliance with industrial laws and regulations

● Handle factory compliance, safety standards, and statutory requirements

● Manage compliance related to:

○ Factory Act

○ Pollution Control Board

○ Safety regulations

○ Hazardous materials handling

● Develop and maintain compliance documentation and audit records

● Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies

● Conduct internal compliance audits

● Ensure adherence to environmental and safety norms

● Develop SOPs for compliance and regulatory adherence

● Support management in risk identification and mitigation

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

● Gas industry

● Petrochemical plants

● Chemical industries

● Petroleum refineries

● Hazardous material handling industries

● Industrial manufacturing with compliance exposure
