Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Role:

We are looking for a smart and responsible candidate to handle order management, billing, and stock maintenance for our garment business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B & B2C customer orders (taking, updating, tracking)
• Prepare billing / invoices
• Maintain stock entry (In & Out) in Excel / system
• Support order dispatch process
• Coordinate with team for smooth order processing
• Maintain proper records of sales and stock

💻 Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
• Must know MS Excel (entry, basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Experience in garment / textile field is a plus
