Customer Support Executive – Job Description

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and website chat.
• Assist with order updates, tracking, exchange, and return requests.
• Guide customers with size selection, product details, and customisation options.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Maintain polite, professional, and communication at all times.
• Record and update customer data, complaints, and resolutions properly.
• Must know basic English and Tamil; prior fashion/e-commerce experience is a plus
