Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage the inward and outward entries of fabrics and maintain accurate fabric stock records. The role involves entering, verifying, and updating fabric movement data in the system, assisting in inventory control, and supporting documentation for

smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities:Record and update fabric inward and outward entries accurately in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily and monthly stock reports and ensure all records are updated in real time.
• Verify fabric quantities, lot numbers, and descriptions with supporting documents (GRN, issue slips, delivery challans, etc.).
• Assist in physical stock checks and reconcile differences between physical and system stock.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all fabric movements.
• Support store and production teams with timely data entry and reports.
• Generate and share fabric inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure all data entry activities follow company procedures and standards.
