Despatch Coordination Manager

Location: Tirupur

Salary: Maximum gross up to 50 K PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule dispatches based on production output and customer orders
• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for order readiness
• Ensure timely packing, labeling, and dispatch of yarn as per specifications
• Arrange transportation and liaise with logistics providers and transporters
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoice, packing list, e-way bill, LR, etc.)
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Handle customer communication regarding dispatch status and delays
• Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Manage export dispatches (if applicable), including documentation and coordination
• Maintain dispatch records and generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damages
• Lead and supervise the dispatch team

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations
• Familiarity with textile/spinning mill products (yarn counts, packing standards)
• Good understanding of documentation (GST, e-way bills, transport documents)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar)
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:Any degree

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in textile/spinning industry
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
