Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Digital Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads to grow our B2B and B2C fashion business.

Your main responsibility is ROI-focused advertising, not just posting creatives.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Generate B2B leads & B2C sales
• Maintain and improve ROI / ROAS
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversions daily
• Perform A/B testing on creatives and audiences
• Manage retargeting campaigns
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Suggest scaling strategies based on data

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Pro-level knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA
• Experience in lead generation & e-commerce ads
• Analytical mindset with business thinking
• Laptop mandatory
• Good communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
