Guest Service Provider

Role: Cinema Guest Service Provider (GSP)Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & Experience

• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Guide guests regarding show timings, screens, and seating.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable cinema experience.

2. Ticketing & Entry Management

• Verify tickets and assist in smooth guest entry.
• Support box office during peak hours if required.
• Monitor crowd flow at lobby and screen entry points.

3. Theatre Operations Support

• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, auditorium, and common areas.
• Conduct screen checks before and after shows.
• Assist in quick turnaround between shows.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow cinema SOPs and safety standards.
• Assist during emergency situations (evacuation, first aid support if trained).
• Ensure restricted entry rules and cinema policies are followed.

5. Sales Support (If Applicable)

• Promote combo offers, membership, or ongoing promotions.
• Support F&B counter during rush hours if assigned.

6. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with F&B, Projection, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
• Report issues or incidents to supervisors immediately.
